I recently discovered sun-dried tomato tuna in a can. Wow. Drain it, toss it with rice, add some black olives and Italian seasoning and some chopped tomatoes and you have a great quick meal.


Oh yum! That sounds delicious! I could see it with small shell pasta too. Now I'm hungry...sounds great for lunch--thanks for the idea, Mimi!
