Lovely round up Glenna. By the way, my recipe is for muffins and not biscuits... I know the picture can be so misleading!!

I had loads of stuff to try now :-) Thanks for hosting!

A round-up that's been bookmarked when in search of breakfast and brunch ideas.

Beautiful round-up, Glenna. Thank you so much!

OMG, what a beautiful breakfasts! Makes my poor juice and bran flakes look pretty pathetic... I'm just not very 'with it' mornings...but these could inspire me!

Wow, wonderful breakfasts! Several are just crying to find their way to my table.

You do NOT want to see what I ate for breakfast. I'm STILL sick, so I couldn't stand up very long, and I made whatever I could grab quickly and throw in the micro before I sat down with my head between my legs.

How about low-sugar cinnamon spice instant oatmeal mixed with plain instant grits?

Pitiful, I know. But after 48 hours with only 4 cookies and a Mt.Dew, I needed something.

Great Round-up! Wonderful!

That's such a wonderful roundup. Thank you Glanna. I am bookmarking this page! :)

• 2 4 Ounce Cans chopped green chilies (mild or hot)
• 1 Cup shredded Monterrey or Colby cheese
• 1 1/2 cups diced 1/4" diced ham
• 2 TBS Butter
• 4 Gratin dishes

Butter each gratin dish. Layer the bottoms with diced ham, then chilies, 2-3 dollops of sour cream, and some shredded Jack. Crack 2-eggs for each dish, and pour over sour cream. Continue building layers until everything is used, then spread the remaining shredded Jack cheese on top. Cover each gratin dish with foil, and bake at 350F. for approximately 15-minutes. Remove foil, and bake for another 10 minutes at 350F.

These can be assembled a day ahead of time and refrigerated. If they are assembled a day ahead of time and refrigerated, the eggs may take a little longer to fully cook.
