I recieved my postcard this morning from my secret blogger valentine for Meeta's of What's for lunch, honey's Blogger Postcards Around the World. It's adorable and I loved the note that went with it.
From Rushina of A Perfect Bite in Mumbai, India:
In her note, Rushina explains that the postcard was lovingly home-made by her 5-year-old son, who pasted on pictures from one of Rushina's first magazine articles as a food writer. On the back are two recipes, one for chili oil and one for chili lemon oil.
I really enjoyed it. It's adorable to the max. Thanks, Rushina, and tell your son he did VERY WELL! His card is going on the fridge next to my nieces' and nephew's art work.
Very nice card, especially for a five year old! His mother should be very proud. I love seeing things made by kids like this. (Sigh, another fun event I never manage to get around to.)

I'm very impressed with that card! I think he's a very talented five year old. Heck, I don't know if I could do as good a job as he did!

Kalyn--haha! I think you have enough in your "inbox" as it is! I love stuff kids make too.
Sher--Me too! He did a wonderful job on it.
Alanna--You're right! She's making him one of us right from the beginning!
Jeff--They are, aren't they?

Love the card! I showed it to my 5 year old and he now thinks that he and Rushina's son are best friends.
