What did I learn this week? I have a bad case of bronchitis that makes me even more whiny than usual but I did start antibiotics several days ago since it has gone bacterial rather just viral (antibiotics are worthless against viruses) so that's good. I was also put on a good-sized dose of prednisone because of my little wheezing asthmatic self. Prednisone is a great drug when it's needed but it has unfortunate side effects, one of which is best illustrated.
So, I'll be honest, not only did I not lose any weight this week, I don't really want to talk about it. I ate lots of good food but too much of even good food is not good. You know what I mean?
Plus, I've been cranky and whiny and haven't felt like moving much beyond doing what absolutely must be done because any exertion makes me hack up a lung and my chest already hurts from coughing.
So. I guess I did talk about it. But 'nuff said.
Good, clean, from scratch food, minimally processed
5 veggies/fruit per day
1 each seafood/meatless/legumes each week min
8 glasses water per day
6,000 steps per day
30 x 3 exercise per week
