Our friend, Jenn, brought these to our annual New Year's Eve party and they were a huge hit: the perfect combination of crunchy, salty, sweet, nutty, and chocolate. They're a quick and easy addition to any dessert table that will disappear faster than any other treat.

Jenn's Pecan, Rolo, Pretzel Crackers
Recipe by Jennifer Garrison
- 50 pretzel crackers
- 50 Rolo candies
- 50 Pecan halves
1) Pre-heat ovent o 250 degrees F.
2) On a parchment-lined baking sheet, lay out the pretzel crackers. Top with a Rolo candy. Bake for 3-5 minutes or until chocolate is starting to melt at the edges. Don't overbake until caramel spills out. Bake until chocolate begins to glisten and look melty.
3) Remove from oven and immediately press a pecan half on top of the Rolo, pressing down just enough for caramel to begin to come out. Be careful and don't burn yourself!
Allow to cool completely before removing from parchment.
