At Thanksgiving when the butchers were cutting up Turkeys to accommodate everyone's needs, I snagged a few packages of turkey thighs to cook later for Gene. Last night I used the honey curry recipe from the chicken post and it was a huge hit, so give this a whirl! I separated the sauce I used for marinating form the sauce I used to serve on the side and it was very good and good for you!

I'd hate to be the one who had to clean up that pan afterward...yikes!

Glenna - how did you get him to clean up the dishes? Do you have magical powers? Can you share your secret husband whispering skills with me?

I do it on my own thank you.

Mmm, that looks yummy! Unfortunately I will never be able to try it b/c I'm allergic to curry. Boo!

Melly--LOL! Do give it a try. That glaze is sooooo freakin' good and if you don't use it as a dipping sauce (yeah, right) it adds hardly any calories.
Colleen--He's actually pretty good about it. :-)
Kimberly--No way! Really? I wonder what exactly is in curry that you're allergic to? Allergies are so nonsensical sometimes.

I don't know but I can't eat Indian food because of it. :( I break out in hives and it gives me terrible headaches anytime I've ever eaten anything with curry.
