That's quite a list!!

5 posts per week!!!!!! Good Lord!!!

That's quite a list Glenna, I am proud of you for defining so clearly what everyone else so vaguely thinks about doing.

And the evil four-letter word?? Leave it. It's truly one of the most evil words out there, and one that is mostly responsible for such an overblown sense of angst over food in this country. You are right that once in a while we need to allow a little indulgence, it isn't about deprivation. Keep up the good attitude!

You go, girl. I'm inspired. Maybe I'll make my own lists for 2007.

The Fly zones help me keep my brain decluttered and less guilty about blogging when I have done my routine

Hey, thanks for the support, y'all! I appreciate it.

Jeff--Gee, ya think it's a overdone? LOL! Scared me when I saw it on the monitor!

Sher--yeah, let's see if I can keep up with it!

Kate--I agree. I know we have to focus on overall health and not the numbers on the scale but in our culture it sure is HARD! But I truly believe that moderation and staying motivated is the key.

Kyleen--Go for it! We can inspire each other.

Chrispy--Absolutely. I realized the other night I was losing control and it was because I had stopped doing the last minute nightly fly through and had dropped my zones. It's a great system. I just need to get back on it. (grin)

Hi Glenna,

Fabulous list.

If you're interested, my writers' group meets the first Saturday of each month at The Library Station. It's a nonprofit that's been around for 20 years. Great support system, people available to critique each others' work, and great speakers. Let me know if you'd like details.
